The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day to day office operations, be the primary point of contact for internal and external members and provide administrative support to senior members and sales team. The responsibilities for the Sales and Operations Manager job opening in downtown Toronto includes but not limited to:

  • Create and design marketing materials for events
  • Recruit, manage and train on-site staff
  • Being the main point of contact and for internal and external members for on-site launches
  • Responsible for preliminary research to final event launches
  • Coordinate with vendors, set up appointments, create budgets and execute events
  • Conduct market research and suggest ideas for site proposals
  • Assist with draft and reviewing legal documents and amendments
  • Track data, create reports and present findings to senior members
  • Calendaring and scheduling appointments for departments and individuals
  • Provide administrative support to head office team and senior members

  • 2+ years of Administrative and Operations experience in Real Estate required
  • Professional oral and written communication skills and ability to liaise with all level of individuals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suites and other sales database
