Adecco is currently looking for a permanent full time sales representative in the Vancouver. To qualify for this sales role, you must be self-motivated and eager to learn and grow, and you need a passion for sales and client relations. Our client is the manufacturer of one of the most beloved Asian snack / candy in the world. Salary ranges from $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year, depending on experience.           

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

-Assist customers and clients over the phone, online and at vendor locations
-Conduct various product demonstrations and set up product displays
-Drive a company vehicle to and from various client locations
-Implement sales strategies with distributors
-Attend sales meetings, product information training sessions other corporate meetings
-Assist with other duties as required

Sales Representative Qualifications:

-Well developed negotiating skills
-Valid drivers licence and clean driving record

-Previous experience in retail or wholesale is an asset
-Ability to fluently speak Japanese and/or Mandarin is a substantial asset
-Ability to create and maintain relationships with all types of clientele
-Desire to constantly be learning new skills and product information
-Strong computer skills with an emphasis on learning new systems are an asset
-Excellent oral communication skills, both on the phone and in person
-Ability to assess client needs and help educate them
-Capacity to operate in a professional manner, both with a team and independently
-Fluency in English is required
-Post secondary education is an asset
