General Description

Nespresso Oakridge Mall is seeking a dynamic, sales-driven, Boutique Coffee Specialists to join their boutique in Oakridge Mall! The Boutique Coffee Specialist will act as an ambassador for the Nespresso brand in the boutique welcoming, advising and guiding clientele in their product selections

Experience and Role Accountabilities

  • Prior experience in retail sales is an asset
  • Must demonstrate strong verbal communication skills allowing for effective communication with your customers
  • Must possess basic computer skills to operate our retail POS system, Word, Excel and Outlook email
  • Must be able to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 25 pounds when merchandising the sales floor and use of ladders or stairs
  • Must be able to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and stand for extended periods of time
  • Must have full availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays


Education and Skills

  • High School graduation
  • Knowledge of coffee (products, accessories, machines is an asset)
