Assignment Length: September 2nd – 30th, possibility of extension.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00/h based on experience

Location: Richmond (MUST have own vehicle, not transit accessible)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Our client is a well-established moving company based in Richmond. They are looking for a Customer Service representative who is also comfortable in a sales capacity.


•    Cold-calling prospects to generate sales
•    Creating reports, sending invoices and taking payments
•    General customer service over the phone and via email
•    Making and sending quotes
•    Creating contracts for new clients
•    Other general office tasks as required.


•    1 year minimum in a previous sales role
•    Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
•    Comfortable cold-calling and on the phone in general
•    Personable and professional in both appearance and demeanor
•    Good Microsoft Office skills
•    Confident with strong interpersonal and communication skills
