Sales Development Manager – Lead Generation

Adecco is currently hiring for a Sales Development Manager in downtown Toronto, ON. In order to be considered for this position the successful candidate needs to have at least 2 years of inside sales experience.

Our client provides mentoring, coaching and professional development services to entrepreneurs and small businesses across the country. Our client has offices in several countries and employs over 1000 people worldwide, providing innovative and rewarding programs to their clients through interactive programs. They pride themselves on a good work life balance, continual education and training to their employees.

The compensation package $40,000 annual base salary + an additional 20K in commission in your first year, 6 weeks’ vacation, continuing education, full benefits and tremendous room for growth within the organization.

Sales Development Manager Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will be generating leads and new business development and ensure fulfillment of new revenue and profit objectives within an assigned geographic area.
Establish internal/external customer relationships.
Meet/exceed assigned sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Maximized focus on customer and sales engagement


Sales Development Manager Qualifications:

2+ years’ sales experience in business to business sales environment.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
Exceptional organization skills with the capability to meet and exceed deadlines.
