Adecco is currently hiring a full-time temporary (1year contract) Automotive Sales Lot Attendant in Toronto, ON. This client luxury automotive retailer aims to be the most recognized brand in the world and one that particularly excites its customers as well as investments in sustainability plans. You will be integral to the maintenance of vehicles such as appearance and stock management from the time they arrive to departure of the site. If you are detail oriented, have exceptional customer service and communication skills and have a passion for cars, we are looking for you!

  • Pay rate: $18/hour
  • Location: Toronto, ON
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm |alternating Saturdays
  • Job type: Temporary| 1 year contract

    • Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery and pick up of vehicle licensing
  • Receive and release inventory from Transport Companies
  • Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice
  • Assign stock control numbers to cards and inspect vehicles for damage and verify accessories listed on the invoice
  • Pick up and/or drop off sold units as requested
  • Assist with the preparation of vehicles for delivery
  • Ensure security and storage of vehicle keys
  • Perform daily inspection of lot for unlocked vehicles
  • Maintain the showroom vehicles and demos for cleanliness
  • Ensure the lot is arranged, organized and free from litter and debris
  • Ensure Demo Vehicles are fueled and properly organized
  • Recording customer concerns and passing them on to the correct contact person

    • Requirements: 

  • Must be minimum 21 years of age for insurance purposes
  • Valid and current Driver's License with clean driving record
  • Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission
  • Prior experience in the auto detailing industry
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to maintain a good driving record
  • People focused and passionate about providing great customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
