The ideal candidate will have a minimum three or more years of marketing experience in the recruitment or staffing industry.
Pay rate: $55000 + 1% commission

Responsibilities:
New client development and marketing through inside/outside sales processes.
Meeting and exceeding revenue goals relative to business unit past performance.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with various potential clients and customers and deliver best in class customer experience as a marketing executive of the company.
Developing and maintaining relationships with public and private sector employers to place candidates on jobs.
Attending industry networking events with the intention of generating new business prospects.
Requirements:
Minimum three or more years of marketing experience in the recruitment or staffing industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills and self-management skills to work effectively with clients, outside agencies and employers.
Comfortable with door-to-door marketing and developing client’s relationship using marketing strategies.
Well-rounded general human resources experience.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple demands while being flexible.
Strong initiative and solid judgement as well as good problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral/written communication and organizational skills.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
