Adecco is currently looking for full time Sales Managers in the lower mainland. To qualify for this managerial role, you must be self-motivated with strong leadership skills, 3-5 years of sales management experience, and a proven track record. Sales and performance numbers will be required to move forward with this position. Our client has done an excellent job of cultivating an energetic, positive, professional environment, and they are looking to expand their presence at their showrooms in almost every city in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. They are looking for outstanding managers to lead sales teams made up of tenured salespeople as well as new sales staff. This position will start with an extensive 4-6 month training period with a competitive base salary. This base salary will range from 55-70 thousand dollars per year, plus an heavy performance bonus program to motivate managers and their sales teams.



Sales Manager Responsibilities:


-Achieve, maintain and surpass the sales targets in place for the sales team

-Support and guide the retail staff

-Assist upper management in the execution or corporate strategies and objectives

-Work closely with the General Manager to ensure that all store functions are operating optimally. This includes customer escalations, merchandising, showroom setups, problem resolution and other duties

-Lead training initiatives for the sales associates

-Find, build and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and other key partners



Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:


-Minimum 3 years of sales management or equivalent experience

-Portfolio or other means of confirming past sales team numbers

-Post secondary education in Management and/or Business fields is an asset

-Community leadership experience such as coaching is an asset

-Appliance knowledge is and asset

-Willingness to work weekends, evenings and other high-volume times

-Outstanding coaching, mentoring, communication and conflict resolution skills

-Strong control of computer systems

-Aptitude to learn and pick up new systems quickly
