Fluently bilingual (English & French) self-motivated, service focused professional.

Goal of this role is to quickly, efficiently and accurately support the offer of Mortgage Protection Plan (MPP) insurance (sales training- licensing and compensation) by determining and meeting the needs of the Mortgage Broker channel, and your colleagues, Regional Sales Directors, in order to deepen and maintain strong, profitable, relationships with this critical channel.

Related Tasks:
Efficiently & knowledgeably respond to inquiries (received in English or French) through the telephone and/or email) ranging from Mortgage Broker compensation, Sales tips and processes, Insurance Product Training- regulatory issues and general knowledge needed for the Broker to support their insured / prospective borrowers
o Effectively engage Brokers in order to be better able to understand and anticipate their needs in an effort to resolve their issues with one contact.
o Take ownership and follow up with Broker and related business functions until situations are resolved to the best of our ability.
o Escalate / facilitate inquiries that are unresolved or outside the authority of CSIA
o Work with reports and other information in order to verify- calculate and adjust compensation according to the situation
- Develop an awareness and understanding of Regulatory &/or industry changes that influence the group creditor insurance business.
- Have or complete Life Licensed qualifications within an agreed time frame (LLQP)
- Ensure required legal Agreements between the business and Brokers are signed -executed -authorized and filed in our relationship Management System in accordance with SLA
o Ensure screening & onboarding is executed accurately and efficiently
- Complete set up of Broker / Lender records in relationship management systems accurately, efficiently following procedures & training provided in all databases
o BRMS- SalesForce & SmarterU
- Engage in education and sales support activities- i.e. Make outbound calls to promote & educate Brokers
- Work collaboratively and effectively within the business and cross functional teams in order to ensure the needs of the client and business are met
- Adhere to the operational requirements of the enterprise

Possibly you were a mortgage office administrator with strong customer service background and operational experience in the financial service field, in particular, Having previous mortgage experience (real estate, mortgage broker related etc.) is an asset. Having Life license is helpful. Candidate will be required to complete the LLQP designation within set agreed upon time frame.

Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm


Technical Competencies:
- Bilingual Requirement: English & French written and spoken
- Is life licensed or willing to become life licensed
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Power Point, Lotus Notes. High quality / quantity experience in data entry into CRMs such as SalesForce and BRMS (Maximizer)
