Adecco is looking for a self-motivated individual to join our client team as a Sales Support Coordinator. To qualify for this Sales Support Coordinator role, you must have experience in the mortgage broker industry. This role will see you quickly, efficiently and accurately supporting the team, maintaining relationships with Mortgage Brokers.

 This is an 18-month contract and has a pay rate of $31.00/hour. 

Sales Support Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Work with reports and other information in order to verify- calculate and adjust compensation
  • Efficiently & knowledgeably respond to inquiries through telephone and/or email ranging from Mortgage Broker compensation, Sales tips and processes, Insurance Product Training- regulatory issues and general knowledge
  • Complete set up of Broker / Lender records in relationship management systems accurately, efficiently following procedures & training provided in all databases
  • Effectively engage Brokers in order to be better able to understand and anticipate their needs
  • Take ownership and follow up with Broker and related business functions until situations are resolved
  • Engage in education and sales support activities

Sales Support Coordinator Requirements  

  • Proficient with MS Office and extensive experience in data entry into CRMs such as SalesForce and BRMS
  • Previous mortgage experience is an asset
  • High energy and customer focus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Personality must be ‘can do’ and go-getter type
  • Must be able to thrive in a remote/virtual work setting (self-motivated)
