Sanitation Worker / Warehouse Maintenance

Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time Sanitation Worker / Warehouse Maintenance to work afternoons in Scarborough, ON. In this role you will be responsible for cleaning production equipment and surrounding areas. This role requires previous industrial and warehouse experience and knowledge.   • Pay rate: $19.93/hour
  • Location: Scarborough, ON
  • Shifts: Afternoon Shift | 3:00 pm -11:00 pm
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

    • Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning production equipment and surrounding areas.
  • Use shearing tool, an air chisel, a shop vac, mop bucket, rags.
  • Sorting and packing materials and products
  • Filling containers
  • Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location
  • Comfortable standing for periods of time

    • Qualifications:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
  • Must wear long sleeves and pants (no shorts), CSA approved safety boots – they will provide associate with ear plugs, gloves, and safety glasses
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs consistently throughout the day
  • Comfortable using box cutters, brooms, shovels, etc.
  • Standing for long periods of time
  • Attendance must be in good standing
  • Industrial experience is required
  • Standard warehouse knowledge
