Adecco is currently hiring for a Scanning Clerk in Waterloo, ON. Great foot-in-the-door opportunity with a top Insurance company. This is a 3 month contract with shift timings 5.00 PM to 9.00 PM. This contract pays $14.00/hr.  Please note this position resides in our evening shift operation. Regular work schedule is between 5.00 PM to 9.00 PM

Scanning Clerk Responsibilities : 

  • Responsible for opening, sorting mail, identifying documents according to business area/work type, scanning and editing scanned transactions.
  • Candidate must have superior computer skills, ability to quickly learn new computer software programs, very flexible to change tasks as required by the business, possess positive attitude, willing to go the extra mile to serve the clients, excellent eye and hand coordination, superior attention to details, above average level of QC, and provide meaning and seamless customer service.
  • The successful candidate must be reliable, independent, innovative, collaborative, takes accountability, quick learner, able to maintain and manage conflicting priorities, work within tight deadlines
