Nespresso is currently hiring Seasonal Full-time and Part-time Boutique Specialist's in Toronto, ON. Working out of their Yorkdale Mall location, you would be responsible for introducing customers to Nespresso’s luxurious coffee brands and providing them with personalized advice and guidance on specialty coffee products. To succeed in this role, exceptional customer service skills are a must. You will have a minimum of one year of retail sales experience and have open availability to work Full-time Mondays through Sundays and Part -time Weekends and one day per week. This position involves retail hours, training will be provided and compensation consists of an hourly pay rate of $15.00 an hour.

The Retail Sales Associate Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:

- Describing Nespresso's products to customers and recommending products based on specific needs
- Introducing the art of coffee tasting and opening new accounts
- Selling coffee, machines and accessories
- Processing cash and credit transactions
- Ensuring the Boutique is kept clean and tidy at all times

The Retail Sales Associate Requirements Include:

- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Prior hotel, catering, sales or retail experience is required
