Our client is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant in Toronto, ON to join their leadership team. Please note this is presently a hybrid working role and located downtown Toronto. The Senior Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to a team of busy professionals and ensuring the related administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently. The work of the Administrative Assistant will involve maintaining the confidentiality of information, displaying a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and working well under pressure. Please note this is starting out as a 2-month temporary contract opportunity however there is potential for this to extend or become something more down the road as well. This is a newly created position so the role could evolve and requires a self-motivated administrative professional with drive and initiative.

Provide administrative assistance to a senior team of professionals
Scheduling and calendar management
Organize and attend meetings; prepare agenda, take notes and ensure follow up

Reconciling of reports and documents to ensure updated information is at hand

3+ years of direct senior level Administrative Assistant experience from a corporate environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Advanced strengths in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; quick and accurate typing skills
High level organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong prioritization, ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple demands
Flexible with a drive to help; takes initiative
