Responsibilities for the Senior Administrative Assistant job opening in Toronto, ON, can include, but are not limited to:

Provide high level Administrative support to a group of financial professionals
Manage calendars and daily activities for all members of the group
Coordinate complex local, domestic and international travel arrangements, conferences and other events
Provide back-up support to other Administrative Assistant(s) within group
Interact with CEOs and CFOs of large corporate clients, Institutional Clients and other brokerage firms as necessary
Expense tracking and reporting
Preparation of client presentations and complex spreadsheets/charts/graphs/tables
Telephone coverage, word processing, preparing correspondence
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.



Skills and experience required for the Senior Administrative Assistant job opening in Toronto, ON:

Completed post secondary education required
A minimum of 2 years of direct Administrative Assistant experience at a senior level and from a mid-large size, corporate organization
Must be flexible, adaptable and able to work in a highly professional and fast paced environment
Excellent judgment and strong prioritizing skills
Ability to work under minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative
Flexibility to work overtime and work on-call – can be evenings and weekends due to time-zone differences
Superior interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 2010 Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Must be professional, polished and discreet
Exceptionally strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a highly challenging environment
