Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time Senior Analyst to work for our client, a leader in the financial industry, in Toronto, ON. This is a hybrid role which will allow you to work from the office and from home. In this role you will be responsible for managing the Account Review process for all Portfolio Managers, including Elite Clients.

  • Pay Rate: $30.00/hour

  • Location: Toronto, ON

  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm (hybrid role)

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time  | 6-month contract

Responsibilities:

  • Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing account documentation and supplementary forms

  • Manage Mailbox communication and investigate queries in a timely manner to meet SLA

  • Screening Corporate and Individual profiles

  • Communication with internal partners and Networks must include access to self-serve links to drive digital adoption and learning behaviors

  • Communicate deficiencies, rejects and next steps with Networks indicating deficiencies with clarity and precision

  • Collaborate with various partners to share best practices

  • Build relationships with operational support teams to understand how the functions impacts the business

  • Be a source of knowledge to Networks and internal partners for all matters impacting account review

  • Support Account Transition Services coordinators with subject matter expertise

  • Review accounts that are subject to restriction and communicate/coordinate next steps

  • Enhance the client experience by creating efficiencies to exceed expectations, seek process improvements

  • Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reporting for internal and external requirements

  • Master the Digital Account Opening experience offered by the organization

  • Draft and/or update existing user guides as required

  • Overtime required during high volume periods

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • Post secondary education with 2-3 years relevant experience

  • Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a growth environment

  • Proven ability to work effectively as a team member

  • Attention to detail and communicate a clear understanding and sense of urgency

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) Certification

  • Options Licensing Course (OLC) or Options Supervisors Course (OPSC)

  • Proactiveness in taking charge of challenges impacting the team

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client experience

  • Be a change agent for culture, technology, and methodology

  • Challenge the existing process

  • A team player, who identifies personal success and team success

  • Identify opportunities to improve the client and employee experience
