Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent, full-time Senior Customer Service Specialist in the Insurance department for our client, a leading trade credit insurance company located in Mississauga, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving client requests and issues across multiple channels and segments, while liaising with the direct sales force and other internal stakeholders. If you have at least 2-3 years of experience working in a customer service role in a B2B environment, this job is for you!

  • Pay range: $50k to $60k
  • Location: Mississauga, ON 
  • Job type: Full-time | Permanent
  • Job responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in managing a large portfolio of policies, with key responsibilities including communication with Agents regarding renewal changes and policy distribution
  • Answering and addressing any standard customer requests by phone or email
  • Working closely with Agents to accurately expedite new business application input
  • Managing integrity of system contacts for assigned portfolio
  • Applying technical knowledge to customer queries to provide solutions
  • Documenting all interactions with clients within the CRM and ticketing system
  • Identifying process improvements based on exposure to client issues and concerns that directly impact retention and new business production
  • Interpreting and analyzing data and other information provided by clients to suggest optimal solutions to issues and concerns
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications:

  • College or University degree in related field
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience in a B2B environment
  • Trade Credit Insurance experience and Insurance license would be an asset
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel and similar software
  • Must have excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to demonstrate strong technical and analytical skills
  • Must be able to manage multiple work functions in a high-volume setting
  • Ability to troubleshoot, assimilate and apply information from multiple functions
