Detailed Job Description: As the Senior Project Manager, you will:
Manage projects on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform, focusing on D365 CRM and related modules.
Collaborate with Microsoft and integration teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop and maintain budget vs. actual reporting and provide accurate forecast estimations to the Project Management Office and Finance Department.
Utilize MS Visio to track and document operational and system processes and workflow activity.
Facilitate project scoping workshops and change management meetings.
Create comprehensive documentation to effectively communicate technical information from teams to executive level.
Resolve conflicts and negotiate priorities among project stakeholders and team members.
Work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to evolving project needs.
Candidate's Profile: The ideal candidate will possess:
Ensure legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
Proven experience managing projects on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform, specifically in D365 CRM and related modules.
Familiarity with D365 Customer Service, Contact Centre, and related technologies.
Functional consulting experience in one or more core functional modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Projects, Production, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
Strong skills in budget management, MS Visio, and excellent communication (oral and written).
Facilitation abilities for scoping workshops and change management meetings.
Interpersonal skills to navigate stakeholder relationships and resolve conflicts.
Self-sufficiency and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
