We are actively seeking a temporary, full-time Senior Distribution Associate to become an integral part of a globally renowned company operating within the healthcare industry. As a Senior Distribution Associate, you will hold a pivotal role in ensuring the meticulous verification of all labeling activities associated with country-specific additional shipping labels, maintaining 100% compliance. You will lead by example, managing distribution priorities and assigning tasks within the team to pack cartridges and complete BR. Additionally, you'll coordinate morning and evening team huddles, managing and reporting on key Supply Chain KPIs. In this role, you will also be responsible for reviewing customer complaints related to product distribution, conducting thorough investigations, and analyzing issues. Your role extends to identifying patterns and trends within customer complaints and reporting these insights to facilitate continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Verify all labeling activities related to country-specific additional shipping labels and ensure 100% compliance
Manages distribution priorities and assigns tasks within the team to pack cartridges/ complete BR.
Also, organize morning/evening team huddles manages and reports supply Chain KPIs
Responsible for reviewing customer complaints related to product distribution analyzing issues and conducting an investigation.
Identifies patterns and issues related to complaint trends and reports trends related to customer complaints
Creates detailed documentation describing the investigation summaries and conclusions
Support Design Change requests, Validation, Verification, and Document change processes and approvals
Generate (where required) and manage CAPA documents (ERs, PCs, CAs, PAs, Investigations)for the supply chain management team and point of contact for QA and CAPA teams
Other miscellaneous duties may be assigned
Understand and comply with applicable EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Safeguard the environment and facilitate a safe and healthy workplace culture.
Key Requirements:
Undergraduate university Degree (4 year program),and or equivalent experience (Supply Chain, CAPA & Quality Record writing)
4 plus years related work experience in supply chain compliance role preferably in a regulated medical device sector
Intermediate Knowledge of: MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
