Our Client is a Family Law Firm with several offices seeking a Senior Law Clerk to join their Team, they are expanding their Family Law Team. The annual salary range for this Law Clerk Family Law Permanent Position is $65K to $85K depending on experience-first priority will be given to a Family Law Clerk with Family Law expertise.

Our Client is located in a busy Toronto Family Law firm is looking for an experienced Law Clerk Family Law. The successful candidate will have 3 plus years family law experience.

Legal Skills: interviewing clients, preparing legal documents, financial statements, affidavits, orders, continuing records and other legal documents. As well, extensive knowledge of Divorce Mate and PC Law is a must.

Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Large workload.
Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, top notch computer skills. Ability to think outside the box.
