We currently have an exciting Server Job available to staff our client Nespresso’s Boutique Bar location in Toronto, Ontario. Working out of their Yorkville Flagship Boutique, you will be responsible for leading and creating the ultimate coffee experience through the Nespresso System and transforming our potential/existing customers into Nespresso Ambassadors. To succeed in this role, superior customer service skills are a must. This position involves retail hours and training will be provided.  We are looking for availability to work Saturday and Sundays along with one other day during the week and compensation consists of an hourly pay rate of $14.00 plus tips.
The Server Responsibilities Include: 
• Open and close the daily bar; Operations including cash and stock handling
• Advise potential/existing customers on the source of our coffee and grand-crus
• Communicate with the guests as a Nespresso Coffee Expert to back up the service teams at the Boutique & Bar
• Contribute towards the conversion of customers to Nespresso Club Members for life and brand ambassadors
• Act as a strong bridge, between the Nespresso Brand, team and our customers and harness customer feedback into continuously improvement by adding value to our recipes and operations 
The Server Requirements Include:
• One year of serving experience is required
• Hotel, catering, sales or retail experience is required
• Smart Serve certificate is required
• Excellent communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly & professional attitude
The hours of the boutique bar are as follows:
• Mondays - Fridays : 9:00 am – 7:00 pm 
• Saturday - Sunday : 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
