Your responsibilities will include coordinating service appointments, dispatching technicians, maintaining client records, and optimizing workflow.   • Shifts: Day shift with flexible start times of 7:30am, 8:00am or 8:30am

Detailed Job Description:

  • Conduct intake calls to understand client concerns clearly.

  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments with precision.

  • Assign and monitor daily workflow, dispatching calls to the appropriate technicians.

  • Provide technicians with necessary information, tools, and equipment.

  • Deliver exceptional client care, addressing arrival times, concerns, and follow-ups.

  • Maintain accurate client records, tracking service escalation and status reports.

  • Review completed work orders and prepared cost assessments.

  • Manage weekly hour bank for each technician and optimize routes.

  • Monitor fleet activity, preparing regular status reports.

  • Adhere to health, safety standards, and regulatory codes.

  • Participate in training seminars and team meetings.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure integrated client care.

  • Contribute to organizational growth and development.

Candidate's Profile:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

  • Proven experience in service coordination, preferably in mechanical services, with 3-5 years of experience.

  • Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.

  • Organized and systematic approach to tasks.

  • Independent worker who thrives in team environments.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Dedication to client care and service-oriented solutions.

  • Effective relationship builder across organizational levels.
