Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time Service Desk Analyst, to work at our client, an industry leader headquartered in Winnipeg, MB, who values honesty, trust, integrity and respect in the workplace. To qualify for this role, you must have at least 1-2 years of experience in tech support/ service desk/ incident management role as well as a customer service-focused role.

  • Pay rate: $21.63/hour
  • Location: Winnipeg, MB| Hybrid 4 days WFH, 1 day in the office
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday
  • Job type: Full-time | 1-year contract

  • Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responding to contacts from Service Desk customers and support teams
  • Performing classification, initial support, investigation, and diagnosis of incidents
  • Resolving incidents or assigning to appropriate second-level teams
  • Contributing technical content and departmental procedures to the Service Desk knowledge base
  • Participating in process improvement opportunities
  • Maintaining timely awareness of current initiatives, rollouts, and changes to the technical environment
  • Working a variety of shifts in a 24/7 environment
  • Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a diverse technology and customer service-focused role
  • Completion of a post-secondary degree or equivalent
  • Able to converse in French and English
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of network protocols
  • Solid knowledge and demonstrated experience using desktop products and operating systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Adaptive to change and able to manage stress
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
