Adecco is currently hiring for a Service Lead to work for one of our top clients located in Regina, SK. To qualify for the Service Lead position, you must have previous Customer Services Experience and be passionate about motorcycles.
Service Lead Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, dependable, high quality vehicle services to customers
Maximize productivity levels of service technicians
Ensure technicians receive jobs based on skill level and current resources utilization.
Review work -in-progress to ensure quality and timeliness
Review all stock orders to ensure a fast moving, balanced inventory of parts and accessories
Make estimates for customer repairs
Prepare service orders in a complete and organized manner
Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner
Handle customer complaints reasonable, showing empathy and a positive attitude.
Maintain budgeted revenue and expenses objectives
Develop monthly and annual objectives for the department and provide reports to the GM
Service Lead Qualifications:
Experience within the service department of a motor vehicle dealership
Knowledge and experience with sales of motorcycles
Experience with point of sale and parts & service computer software or the ability to quickly learn due to experience with other systems
Current Motorcycle License
