Service Manager

Adecco is currently recruiting for a full time permanent Service Manager job in Kelowna, BC.  The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of a mid sized sales and service company while training, coaching and mentoring a team of Service Technicians in a fast paced setting.

Service Manager Responsibilities:

·         You will be responsibility for overseeing the day to day operations of the service department.

·         Training, mentoring and coaching a team of Service Technicians.

·         Conducting daily meetings to schedule staff to attend to daily service calls.

·         Point of contact for customer complaints troubleshooting and problem solving where needed resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

·         Assist with marketing and various networking initiatives.

·         Learning all office and computer procedures to provide general office support when needed.

·         Ensure the warehouse if kept clean and organized at all times.


·         The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years related experience in a service or production supervisory or management role.

·         Possesses several years of experience training and mentoring a large team of service employees.

·         Experience overseeing various day to day office functions.

·         Comfortable utilizing MSOffice and a variety of software packages.

·         Possess strong communication skills with the ability to problem solve.

·         Professional presentation with experience working in a fast paced setting.

·         Strong customer service skills with the proven ability to handle customer issues should they arise.

·         A team player who is dedicated, positive and reliable.
