Adecco is currently hiring for an Service Officer II in Markham Ontario. To qualify for the Service officer role, you must have previous experience as a Service Officer role, you must be able to work rotational shift Mon-Fri 8am-8pm Sat 8-4pm and have 1+ year data entry experience, ability to multitask in a challenging environment, and Financial / Banking Industry experience.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can work in fast paced environments, meet deadlines and collaborate with the team. Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a 6-months contract position with a pay rate of $17.34 per hour.

Service Officer II Responsibilities:

•Ensure customer problems are handled appropriately by utilizing the established partner problem resolution process both internally and externally when applicable
•Create and/or recognize exceptional service through established programs
•Provide subject matter expertise for internal and external partners within defined area
•Prepared schedules for the center
•Identify, suggest and actively participate in process improvements
•Understand and apply bank/service centre operating policies and procedures
•Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to change within business area and unit
•Adopt new process and technology improvements
•Coordinate the delivery, installation, implementation and repairs of equipment and technology
•Ensure premises issues are dealt with in a timely manner escalating as required
•Identify equipment needs to streamline procedures/processes and enhance service
•Builds and maintains databases and various programs as required
•Conducts testing of key components within the Business Continuity Management Plans for the unit
•Provide day to day technical support and solutions


Service Officer II Qualifications:

•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Speed and accuracy in data entry
•Ability to communicate clearly and courteously
•Professionalism and must remain resilient under pressure
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Capability to independently perform research and make informed decisions
•Mastered Office suit: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
•Ability to build and maintain Macros
