Adecco is currently hiring for a Service Support Representative - Banking to work initially from home in London ON. To qualify for the Service Support Rep - Banking role, you have excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.

We are looking for individuals with previous call centre experience and proven customer service. Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a 1- year full time contract position paying $17.50/hour with the possibility of extension.

Service Support Rep - Banking Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to a variety of customer calls/emails
  • Single point of contact for technical support and general queries (including password, hardware, software, e-Messaging, Edge/Chrome, etc.)
  • The primary accountability of this position is to provide first level technical support
  • Accurate and detailed problem documentation/ticketing
  • Service Support Rep - Banking Main Skills:

  • Excellent written and oral English
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Above average computing and technical skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Knowledge of networking and Wi-Fi support an asset
  • Successful completion of High School required
