Adecco is actively seeking a skilled Set up Technician - Testing. This Full-Time role offers a competitive salary of $30.65 Per Hour within the manufacturing/industrial sector. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, possess knowledge of pump assembly/disassembly, and demonstrate proficiency in equipment setup and testing procedures.

  • Pay Rate: $30.65/hour.

  • Location: Burlington, ON

  • Shifts: Monday-Thursday 2:45pm to 1:15am

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:  

  • Set up equipment on test floor for pump performance tests

  • Assist Testing/Production Management team in conducting performance testing operations and recording required data

  • Take instructions from Test Technician/Supervisor for pump testing operations

  • Perform basic pump disassembly and reassembly with minimal supervision

  • Maintain and organize test stand area for safe operation

Requirements:  

  • Mechanically inclined with experience handling tools and mechanical equipment

  • Knowledgeable in basic pump assembly and disassembly

  • Familiar with pump and motor operating requirements

  • Good communication skills

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar function and/or manufacturing/industrial environment is preferred

  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
