We are recruiting for a Full-Time Sewing Machine Operator position in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. We are looking to add dynamic individuals that are motivated, take pride in their work, and enjoy working in a team environment

Shift time: Monday – Friday


Sewing Machine Operator Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate single needle sewing machines to assemble technical garments according to the appropriate methods and techniques.
  • Detect and advise on quality control issues and pattern errors for correction prior to product launch.
  • Uphold standards for quality and safety by following Company regulations and procedures on the proper use, set up, and cleaning of the machines and manufacturing floor.
  • Organize and maintain records of pattern discrepancies, fit notes, and construction updates.

    Sewing Machine Operator Basic Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of industrial sewing experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Adept with the use of Industrial Single needle machines.
  • Familiar with basic machine care and maintenance.
  • High attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining a well organized and clean workspace.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
