Adecco Saskatoon is currently recruiting for a Site Administrator. You will work on site for 5 days with 2 days off and shifts would be 10-hour days; camp arrangements can be made for the 5 days on site. As the Site Administrator you will conduct payroll for up to 50 employees’ daily. The successful Candidate should have previous skills in payroll administration, invoicing and purchase orders. Preference will be given to candidates with previous oil and gas knowledge.

Responsibilities for the Maintenance Administrator will include:

- Payroll Entry for up to 50 people daily

- Request, track and ensure proper approvals are in place

- Verify and approve subcontractor invoices against issued purchase orders

- Provide purchasing support for the expediting, logistics and materials controls groups by ensuring that contractual requirements are fulfilled by suppliers

- Maintain the Site filing system

- Recording Meeting Minutes

Qualifications Maintenance Administrator include:

- Candidates MUST be able to pass a drug and alcohol test

- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task

- Proven data entry skills

- Candidates with experience in the oil and gas industry are preferred
