Adecco is currently recruiting for a Site Reliability Engineer. This is a full-time permanent role to work with our client located in Toronto, ON. 
The Site Reliability Engineer will have the following responsibilities:
-    Developing and improving tools used for deployment, monitoring and management of the client's systems.
-    Continuously diagnosing and troubleshooting problems;
-    Working independently and as part of a team by sharing knowledge and experience with other Engineers;
-    Participating in on-call rotation.
The Site Reliability Engineer must meet the following mandatory requirements:
-    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
-    5+ years of work experience in a similar or related role;
-    Strong programming skills are required;
-    Experience with at least one large scale web application;
-    Working knowledge of modern software deployment processes, including CI;
-    Strong knowledge of Linux; 
-    Working experience with either Terraform, Ansible or CloudFormation templating is considered an asset;
-    Knowledge of containerization solutions such as Docker, Kubernetes, and ECS preferred;
-    Familiarity with Linux systems, AWS, or Hadoop administration is considered an asset.
