Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 10+ technicians in the Saguenay area.
Bridge the gap between the company and client leadership by providing updates on the service levels and areas of improvement.
Have a clear understanding of ITIL framework.
Able to provide client reports demonstrating the health of the service.
Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting
Demonstrated technical understanding of a broad range IT infrastructure environments
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
SAP for Retail Customer Orders - Inventory Management functional SME.
Experience with SAP Inventory Management goods receipt or other IM software.
Experience performing stock rotations per first-in, first-out (FIFO) guidelines.
Experience with warehouse and process optimization.
SAP MM Materials Management - Knowledge of SAP Inventory Management serialized and non-serialized, integration to external systems.
Understanding and hands-on experience with SAP goods movement, physical inventory and processing transactions via interfaces.
Has functional knowledge and experience in inventory management processes and system requirements/specifications definition.
Is able to define functional specifications for the integration of systems used.
Is able to configure and understand a barcoding process for inventory management processes.
Has the ability to lead workshops and work sessions to take process and solution design decisions.
Must have at least 2 years' experience in inventory management.
