Our client in Kleinburg has exciting new opportunities for  Sous Chefs and Line Cooks. This is permanent job opportunity. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Ensure excellent food quality, quantity, freshness and presentation Ensure all prepared items are properly labeled, covered and rotated Keep department continually clean, well maintained and organized Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: Food safe ticket an asset Previous retail or customer service experience in a gourmet food setting an asset Ability to work well in a fast paced environment Superb customer service skills with a desire to provide a great food experience for customers Willingness and availability to work a variety of shifts, including: Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings & Weekends Not less then 2 year experience in an Italian restaurant
