Adecco Professionals has partnered with a high-profile and leading distributor & retailer client to seek for a Sr. Risk & Controls Analyst to identify and define financial control objectives and make recommendations to all aspects of financial risk and control framework associated with policies, procedures, performance and projects.

Responsibilities:


Contributes to the development, implementation and maintenance of risks and controls framework, policies and procedures; process improvements; and provides a variety of risk mitigation-related services.
develops organization-wide control standards; manages and participates in control-related projects; and provides control-related training.
collaborates on the design, implementation and evaluation of financial risk management audits, tests, research, etc.

Participates in training and contributes to knowledge transfer (e.g. through mentoring, coaching) to peers and internal clients.




Leads the internal controls assessment on projects.
Manages or provides research and evaluation services to identify and determine the applicability of potential financial control strategies.
Oversees the day-to-day monitoring of financial controls and identifies/resolves gaps in the risk control framework.




Requirements:


Must have Accounting designation (i.e. CA, CPA, CGA, CMA)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in audit and/or risk management with internal and external clients
Preference will be given to candidates that has either retail, wholesale or manufacturing experience.
