About our Client:

Our client is within the Top 25 Canadian General Contractors. They are a “full service” GC with specialization in Heavy Civil and ICI across the country. With over a half century experience, they’ve built a reputation as a trusted reputable brand.

 

What you’ll do:

·       Direct field operations (construction teams, Field Engineers, Trades and hourly employees) in the delivery of complex projects; meeting schedule deadlines and budgets, while setting priority to promoting a safe environment and limiting risk.

·       Develop and execute Project Work Plans aimed at keeping projects timelines on track, and on budget, mitigating losses.

·       Provide coaching and mentorship to field staff, perform succession planning.

 

What you’ll bring:

·       Minimum 12-15 years (with 3+ leadership) within Heavy Civil Construction building Wastewater Treatment Plants

·       Proficiency with (Word, Excel, Outlook and Project)

·       Strong management of site operations on complex projects 

·       Effective communicator with strong resolution skills

·       Experience working with Digesters would be considered an asset.
