Adecco is currently recruiting for a Mailroom Supervisor for a 2-Year contract, with possibility of extension, with our Crown Corporation Client in Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate must hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance or be eligible for it.
The Mailroom Supervisor will have the following responsibilities:
-    Supervise a team of 10 to 25 Associates
-    Will need to report on site performance and address all performance and/or personnel related issues
-    Will be tasked to implement projects and create various reports
-    Database management on access, excel, ordering, and inventory
-    Interact professionally with clients and high level management
-    Good organization skills
The Mailroom Supervisor must meet the following mandatory requirements:
-    Minimum of 1-year experience in managing 15+ resources is required
-    Must have good organizational skills, good communication skills, good computer skills and be efficient
-    Must be able to interact professionally with clients and high level management
-    Must be able to supervise and report on site performance and address all performance or personnel related issues
-    Must work under no direct supervision 
-    Must be able to perform all duties within his/her environment
-    Database management on access, excel, ordering, and inventory 
-    Must be quick learner, and adaptability
-    French is an asset
