Adecco is currently looking for a Supply Centre Specialist to work with a well-established client in the Life Science industry in Vancouver Canada for an ongoing contract role.

This position is has a maximum work load of 30 hours per week. 10 of those hours will be at the on-site location in Vancouver, while the remaining 20 hours will be working remotely.

We are seeking candidates with 2+ years of experience in the medical/laboratory/research industries. The ideal candidate for the Supply Centre Specialist will have tremendous attention to detail and communication skills.

 

Supply Centre Specialist duties include:

  • Unpacking, restocking & replenishing materials within supply centres
  • Track order inventory levels
  • Working with account managers to meet client needs
  • Performing administrative functions
  • Responding to client requests and pricing inquires
  • Possible travel to and from other Vancouver based client locations
  •  

    Supply Centre Specialist qualifications include:

  • Degree in Medicine, Chemistry or Pharmacology
  • 2+ Years in relevant field or role
  • Research experience in Medicine, Chemistry or Pharmacology
  • Experience in Logistics & Supply Chain
  • Experience in Administrative & Customer Service settings
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize work effectively
