Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Advisor professional to join our client’s team in Calgary, AB. In this Temporary role, you will play a critical part in optimizing and streamlining our supply chain processes. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the efficient procurement of goods and services, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Location: Calgary, AB
Shifts: Monday-Friday | 8 hours/day (4 days in office, 1-day WFH)
Job type: Temporary with possibility of permanent | Full-time

Detailed Job Description:
Analyze and optimize supply chain processes for enhanced efficiency and reduced costs.
Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize excess stock and stockouts.
Use data and analytics to forecast demand, aiding in procurement planning.
Engage with stakeholders on progress with new business scenarios.
Create and optimize standard operating procedures using SAP functions.
Generate and enhance weekly progress reports.
Collaborate with business units to optimize profit and ensure compliance with regulations.
Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve supply chain processes.
Candidate's Profile:
Background/experience/education in supply chain management.
Expert level experience with SAP.
Strong communication skills.
Previous experience with data and analytics.
Commercial awareness.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and teamworking skills.
IT and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with attention to detail and tactful persuasion.
