In this role, you will support the TA function in all aspects to ensure timely, proactive recruitment activities and efficiencies are met. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in human resources. 

  • Location: Calgary, AB
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
  • Job type: Full-time, temporary

    • Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing all candidate experience and engagement
  • Scheduling interviews for employees and campus
  • Troubleshooting candidate applications and respond to all candidate inquires
  • Managing employee referral program
  • Assisting in customization of job postings and posting roles internally and externally with management of job boards
  • Managing all background checks and vendors
  • Using recruitment tools such as vidcruiter (Glassdoor, Linkedin, Indeed etc.)
  • Supporting contractor conversions
  • Supporting campus recruiting in interviewing and extending offers
  • Creating and fostering a high caliber, best in class candidate experience
  • Understanding and executing administration of recruitment needs
  • Supporting talent acquisition events 
  • Supporting system enhancements and data integrity
  • Assisting with sourcing and attraction execution
  • Maintaining TA documentation

    • Qualifications and Competencies:

  • 3 – 4 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and interviewing experience
  • Tactful, foster a collaborative and ethical recruitment process
  • Oil and Gas industry experience an asset
  • Workday experience an asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly develop strong relationships with hiring leaders and candidates
  • Ability to respond quickly to frequent changes in priorities
  • Demonstrate data integrity and data interpretation
  • Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
