In this role, you will support the TA function in all aspects to ensure timely, proactive recruitment activities and efficiencies are met. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in human resources.
Location: Calgary, AB
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing all candidate experience and engagement
Scheduling interviews for employees and campus
Troubleshooting candidate applications and respond to all candidate inquires
Managing employee referral program
Assisting in customization of job postings and posting roles internally and externally with management of job boards
Managing all background checks and vendors
Using recruitment tools such as vidcruiter (Glassdoor, Linkedin, Indeed etc.)
Supporting contractor conversions
Supporting campus recruiting in interviewing and extending offers
Creating and fostering a high caliber, best in class candidate experience
Understanding and executing administration of recruitment needs
Supporting talent acquisition events
Supporting system enhancements and data integrity
Assisting with sourcing and attraction execution
Maintaining TA documentation
Qualifications and Competencies:
3 – 4 years of experience in Human Resources
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and interviewing experience
Tactful, foster a collaborative and ethical recruitment process
Oil and Gas industry experience an asset
Workday experience an asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly develop strong relationships with hiring leaders and candidates
Ability to respond quickly to frequent changes in priorities
Demonstrate data integrity and data interpretation
Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
