Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist, to work a long-term contract at a well-established integrated oil and natural gas company, in Calgary, AB.   • Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategically create and post roles for both internal and external candidates through various portals and websites
  • Coordinate, schedule and execute candidate interviews for recruiters and hiring lead
  • Prepare interview materials
  • Manage and execute the process of completing background checks
  • Coordinate any travel arrangements required for candidates
  • Act as the first point of contact for candidates as they move through the recruitment process
  • Communicate with outside partners, vendors, and agencies
  • Offer logistics and communication support for Student & New Grad programs
  • Perform data collection, management, analysis and/or reporting
  • Process documentation creation and maintenance
  • Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of related experience is required, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or Commerce
  • Prior experience working in a recruiting environment is an asset
  • Prior experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) such as Workday is an asset
  • Able to work independently and solve problems independently
  • Able to handle confidential data while exercising discretion and good judgment
  • Should have strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, team, and customer service skills and thrive in a high-functioning team
  • Should be flexible to changing work demands and priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
