Adecco is currently hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Grimsby. The ideal Acquisition Specialist candidate will have at least 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with direct experience recruiting for financial, marketing, and manufacturing roles. Our client is looking for someone to who will fit into their team, someone who is customer focused, can work as a team, is able to problem solve & pay attention to detail, and is accountable. The Acquisition Specialist will be a full-time, permanent contract for 12 months to start.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:

Full-cycle recruitment – posting job opportunities, utilizing all resources to recruit (referrals, online resources, etc.)
Ensuring all roles are consistently staffed with top talent
Conduct all screening processes prior to on-boarding new recruits
Update HRIS system with employee information
Assist with new hire on-boarding

Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience required, with a specialization in finance, manufacturing, and marketing roles preferred
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Business administration, Human Resources, or related field required
Ability to recruit for specialized positions utilizing all forms of recruitment, including networking, referrals, on-line tools, etc.
The ability to think outside of the box to source top talent
