Adecco is currently hiring for a Team Lead/ Receiving supervisor in Brampton location. To qualify for this Receiving Supervisor role you need to have 3-5 years of supervisory experience in any organization type preferably in Auto industry. Team Lead Responsibilities:

  • Inspect vehicles for damages and ensure that vehicles previously inspected meet the standard. Inspect vehicles for damage, missing parts, mechanical problems and completing paperwork.
  • Manage the supply and equipment’s required by different departments.
  • Maintaining correct information on account updates and changes concerning vehicle requirements, body shop labor and other factory requirements. Maintain knowledge of current rates, labors and parts charges to ensure that repair orders are completed correctly.
  •  Coordinate the movement of vehicles from the condition report department to the vehicles next destination.
  • Assists in the coordination of recruiting and hiring process.
  • Develop and train all employees within departments by company standard and guidelines. Monitor training conducted and ensure such training is according to company policy and procedures.
  • Maintain and promote positive employee relations and morale whenever possible by practicing sound leadership and human relation principles to promote team work.
  • Monitor all facility condition, vehicles, property and equipment to ensure they are within corporate standard for cleanliness, proper maintenance and safety.
  • Assure good operating condition of all equipment. Perform minor maintenance and repair to property and equipment needed.  
  • Report all incidents to the department managers immediately.
  • Ensure that customer receive prompt, courteous and efficient service from all employees both in person and on the phone. Maintain a professional appearance and neat work environment consistent with company policy. Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly manner and inform the department manager all serious complaints and incidents.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Team Lead Education/ Experience Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent education and 3-5 years of supervisory experience in any organization type role. Post-secondary education preferred.
  • Valid G driver’s license
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • Solid organization and planning skills
  • High degree of ethics and integrity
  • Recognized team player with excellent communication and customer service skill
