Adecco is hiring Full time Team lead to fill temporary positions at world`s largest retailer in Delta BC. The pay rate for this position is $21/hr - $22/hr. Transit is not available for this location so must have your own car or free Shuttle service is provided from specific locations. We also offer $50 bonus per week for perfect attendance and $100 completion bonus. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience with the world`s largest retail fulfillment center.
Shift time:
5 am – 2 pm (Monday - Friday)
2 pm – 11 pm (Monday - Friday)
Location: Fisherman way & Salish sea Dr.
General Responsibilities:
Helping general labour in performing their duties

- Identifies any productivity and quality issues
- Manages productivity of their specific teams
- Effectively manage human and material resources to ensure successful efficiency and health and safety
- Insist on and create a safe environment
- Making sure staff is properly trained to perform their designated tasks (assembly, installation)

- Perform quality control

Team lead Requirements:
Able to work effectively in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Reliable and able to commit to scheduled shifts
- Safety shoes required
- Must be 18-year-old or older
