Our client Nespresso is currently hiring a Full-Time Team Leader in Hamilton, ON. Working out of their pop-up location in Lime Ridge Mall, The Team Leader will be responsible for taking orders, understanding & satisfying customer needs, listening & informing, along with proposing solutions to customer inquiries. To succeed in this role, superior customer service skills are a must. This position involves retail hours, which include weekends, training will be provided, and you must have open availability to work between Monday and Sunday. The Team Leader position has an hourly pay rate of $18.00 per hour and this will be a 1-year contract with a possibility of extension. Training for this position is due to start on November 7th.  
The Team Leader Responsibilities Include:
• Provide guidance on following the Mystery Shopper scripts
• Software, coffee and machine training for new employees
• Return, tax-exempt and cash handling management procedures
• Nespresso policies procedures (related to Nespresso products)
• Set training agenda for onboarding new employees, along with developing a schedule for the staff to assist in the boutique’s daily tasks and responsibilities
• Communicates a clear understanding of the Company’s values
• Assist Manager in setting work schedules
• Roleplay (Mystery Shopper scenarios)
• Provide employee recognition for team success
• Ensure boutique is in stock with all supplies along with submitting and process stock transfers and report stock deficiencies to manager
• Process returns
• Understanding of Boutique Budget for Decoration and Tasting products
• Prepare and review daily and weekly reporting on machine and capsule sales
• Meet with the Manager on a weekly basis
The Team Leader Qualifications Include:
• Two years of training in customer relations & sales 
• Two years of experience in team management
• College degree in business or a closely related field / High School Diploma or GED with equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and of statistics
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong interest in the Nespresso product and in coffee in particular
