Adecco is currently hiring permanent full time Technical Customer Support Representatives for our client in Saint John, NB. To qualify for these Technical Customer Support Representative roles, you must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.

Technical Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service 
• Responding efficiently and accurately to all calls by addressing their needs, complaints and other issues 
• Ability to provide end user support to both internal and external customers     
• Troubleshooting remote access issues 
• Ability to resolve and enhance product performance 
• Diagnosing technical issues

Technical Customer Support Representative Qualifications:

• Post secondary education considered an asset
• Bilingualism considered an asset 
• 1-2 years of related experience 
• Superior customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal direction
• Critical thinking and decision making
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems
