Technical Recruiter

Adecco is currently hiring a Technical Recruiter for a global professional services company. This is a 1-year contract and the pay rate for this role is $35.00 per hour. This role is currently remote but will move to the office. You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience recruiting for technical roles. This role is located in Montreal.

Responsibilities:
• Interacts on a timely basis with the client to understand specific hiring requirements
• Develops hiring and sourcing approaches in consultation with client and subject matter experts.
• Executes and monitors sourcing activities and programs across a variety of channels, including leveraging shared service sourcing capabilities
• Identifies screening criteria and screens pre-qualified candidates, presenting a shortlist to hiring manager for review
• Monitors and tracks candidate pipeline and ensures it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies
• Provides feedback on candidates to hiring managers, agencies and/or directly to candidates
• Monitors SLAs, client dependencies, key operational metrics, and process and data compliance regularly, escalating or resolving issues where appropriate
• Develops and maintains data mining approaches using advanced search techniques
• Understands the key outcomes of sourcing activities (e.g., hires produced, effort and cost expended) and make adjustments to maximize return on investment

Qualifications:
• Ability to perform as a talent advisor and 5 years’ experience recruiting for technical roles
• Strong negotiation skills
• Able to perform and deliver in a process oriented and fast paced environment
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
