Our client has partnered with us to fill a Technical Recruiter job opening in Toronto, ON and is active on their search.  They are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join them in this urgent, interim need. – there is a influx in hires to be made and they require immediate support.  This Technical Recruiter job opening is part-time (3-4 hours daily, Monday to Friday) and temporary at least 2-3 months, with the possibility of extension; this is at present, a work from home position but you must be able to travel to Toronto should that change,


For this Technical Recruiter job opening in Toronto, ON, some of your job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:


  • Facilitate end to end recruitment for IT specific positions such as systems administrators, business analysts, IT Managers and more.
  • Coordinate all aspects of recruitment from job advertisements, prescreening, in person interviews, reference and any applicable background checks, etc.
  • Utilize various recruiting sources to uncover talent; work closely with their internal applicant tracking system.
  • Liaise with internal staff to determine hiring needs, wants and ‘fit’.
  • Schedule interviews with Hiring Manager and help keep the process moving along.
  • Put together and assist in presenting offers of employment and ensure all required documents/paperwork/compliance is obtained and accurate.

  • Minimum completion of Post-Secondary education in related discipline.
  • At least 2-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience; some of this time IT recruitment specific
  • Advanced working knowledge within Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident and self-motivated.
  • Driven, organized and detail oriented; able to work with time sensitive hires required.
