Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent, Technical Service Representative/Production Assistant to work directly for our client located in Concord, ON. In this role, you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and understanding of electrical/electronics.

  • Location: Concord, ON
  • Pay Rate: $25-$30/hour
  • Required Availability: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Job type: Full-time | Permanent

    • Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls for product service
  • Diagnose product issues with customer
  • Track and document service calls
  • Ship/order replacement parts to customer
  • Process warranty and service orders
  • Issue RMAs for returning product
  • Test and return product to suppliers
  • Request third-party technicians and diagnose/instruct technicians as necessary
  • Occasional requirement to do on site service at local customer locations
  • Document and issue corrective actions to production
  • Assist production with product and cabling assemblies
  • Product testing

    • Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
  • Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technician Diploma (preferred)
  • Background in electrical systems/electronics
  • Excellent communication and customer service
  • Need to have a technical aptitude
  • Must be good with problem solving
  • Microsoft Office knowledge required
  • French is an asset
  • Able to lift up to 75lbs
