Technical Support Agent

On behalf of our top Banking client, Adecco is currently hiring for Technical Support Agents - Banking to work for our client located in London, ON. If you have at least 1 year of previous experience working in a call center environment / technical help desk capacity with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues in a high-volume environment, apply now! This is a 1-year contract full time position paying $17.50/hr.

  • Technical Support Agent - Banking Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily technical support and solutions within a timely manner including password resets
  • Respond to various inbound client emails and calls
  • Key in and accurately document problem via ticketing process
  • Provide troubleshooting resolutions for products and programs such as Windows 7/10, Citrix, all MS Office products, smartphones, tablets, iPad
  • Adhere to established regulations, policies, and guidelines in completing daily activities
  • Technical Support Agent - Banking Requirements:

  • Completion of university degree or diploma required
  • Minimum 1-year related experience in a call center / helpdesk setting
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a technical background is preferred
  • Experience with ticketing systems is an asset
  • Tech savvy with above average navigational skills is needed
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills is mandatory
  • Exceptional customer service and ability to remain resilient under pressure
  • A team player who collaborates effectively with peers and other teams
