Adecco is currently recruiting for a Telecommunications Analyst in a private sector located in Trenton, Ontario. This is a temporary full time ongoing contract with potential for contract extensions. The successful candidate must hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance or be eligible. You must also hold a College Diploma or University Degree in Computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Shifts: Days

Rate of Pay: $25-$27 depending on experience

Start Date: ASAP

Telecommunications Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Analyses user requirements, develops or endorses or reviews the general specifications for telecommunications systems and develops broad systems alternatives; identifies the administrative, operational, economic and technical feasibility or alternative solutions as well as associated policy and organizational change requirements.
  • Analyses and evaluates telecommunications alternatives based on make-buy, impact and cost/benefit considerations and proposes, justifies, plans and provides costs of implementation of the selected alternatives.
  • Prepares specifications related to the functional requirements of the client department’s application to ensure that the objectives of the users are full identified.
  • Develops information and implementation programs and materials for telecommunications systems and services
  • Monitors the design, implementation and operations startup of the proposed system in compliance with established goals and objectives.
  • Assists in the development of current, long range and strategic information technology and information management plans.
  • Serves as the project leader, providing a project management service and as required, supervises telecommunications analysts assigned to assist in a given project

    • Telecommunications Analyst Qualifications:

  • College or University diploma in Computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in telecommunications analytics
  • Able to pass a reliability check
